Originally thought as a [redacted] Breath of the [redacted, please Nintendo don't sue] demake and a school project.

But had to switch gears midway since I was asked by my professors to make something original, or at least not borderline infringing on anyone's copyright.

The game consists of three levels:

  • Field (where you start and fight some monsters)
  • Forest (where you fight monsters and your inner shadow, you can make the fight easier by confronting traps set up by your shadow and grabbing the three rewards you get for it. Special reward if you manage to beat the shadow)
  • Dungeon (2 minibosses, some minor puzzles and exploration)

The only 100% original sprites I did were for the bokoblins red and blue demons and the Hearts in the UI.

I also did most of the "cover art" and coded the whole thing.
